The Kewaunee Bench Fume Hood provides the safest user-friendly fume hood manufactured today. The Supreme Air Venturi design addresses the requirements of the scientist while providing enhanced containment for safety. The innovative design features an LED light that is adjustable in color and intensity, an electromechanical sash stop, ultra-smooth sash system, optional push-button sash management, and a 38.5” viewing height. The Venturi line of fume hoods uses a venturi front fascia port design to enhance containment at the lower corners of the hood opening. It also continues to utilize Kewaunee’s proven containment technologies in concert with the venturi ports: z-convergent flush airfoil, dynamic barrier bypass, combination vertical, and horizontal baffle slots. A wide range of standard widths, heights and depths of the Supreme Air Venturi line have been developed to provide the market a larger standard offering of this high performance/ low flow fume hood line.

The V90 Distillation Fume Hood is designed for use with tall apparatus and procedures that involve small to medium quantities of low to high toxicity materials. A distillation hood has the same components as a bench-top hood with the exception that the design provides a greater interior height. The hood is suitable for work that can be conducted in a bench-top hood; however, the greater interior height enables use of larger apparatus. The distillation hood is mounted on a pedestal that elevates the work surface to a height 20 inches above the floor.
